The "Spring Fling" {Giveaways}: Lili W. Coutere CLOSED

Before I introduce our loverly "day eight" sponsor, I just wanted to throw out a huge "Thank you uber much!!" to all of my brand-new followers. <3 It totally makes my day to see a new smiling little face up there...I have always been a "social butterfly," so new friends = good things. :)
